How to find your BES 10 SRP ID

Instructions on how to find your BES 10 SRP ID in the webconsole

When calling support you will be asked what your BES 10 SRP ID is. Here’s where you can find it on your Blackberry Administration Webconsole.

1. First login to your the Blackberry Enterprise Service 10 webconsole.
2. On the left pane under Servers and Components > Blackberry Solution topology > Blackberry Domain > Server view > “YOUR SERVER NAME”
3. Click YourServerBDS.
4. On the right Under SRP information you will find your BES 10 SRP ID and BES 10 SRP Authentication Key.
